FanMerch Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

At FanMerch, every single product is made-to-order — printed, stitched, and crafted individually only after your order is placed.
Since each item is custom-produced exclusively for every customer, we follow a clear, fair, and time-bound cancellation and refund framework.


🧵 Made-to-Order Policy

  • All products are produced only after order confirmation.

  • We do not keep ready stock.

  • We do not accept general returns or size exchanges.

  • Please ensure you check size chart, design preview, customization details, and shipping address carefully before ordering.


Order Cancellations

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

🟢 Within 8 hours of placing the order

100% refund (for both Standard & Custom Printed products)

🟡 After 8 hours and before 15 hours

Order Type Refund
Standard Product 80% refund
Custom Printed Product 70% refund

🔴 After 15 hours

Order Type Refund
Standard Product 40% refund
Custom Printed Product 25% refund

2. FanMerch-Initiated Cancellations

FanMerch may cancel an order only in rare or unavoidable situations, such as:

  • Payment verification failure

  • Technical or system-related issues

  • Low-quality, corrupted, or unprintable design files

  • Stock or material availability issues

  • Other internal operational constraints

If FanMerch cancels the order due to any internal reason, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.


🔄 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.

An order is marked RTO (Returned to Origin) if:

  • You fail to accept the parcel in all attempts

  • You refuse or reject the parcel

  • Your contact number remains unreachable/inactive

When an order returns to us:

1️⃣ Refund on RTO

Order Type Refund
Standard Product 40% refund
Custom Printed Product 25% refund

(Remaining amount covers production, printing, and logistics losses.)


2️⃣ Want the Parcel Reshipped?

  • Pay a ₹150 re-shipping charge

  • Parcel will be dispatched again upon confirmation


3️⃣ Mandatory Response Window (Important)

You will have 10 days from the date the order is marked RTO to inform FanMerch whether you want:

  1. Re-shipment (with ₹150 charge), OR

  2. The applicable balance refund (40% or 25%).

If no response is received within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and the balance refund will be processed.


🔄 Returns & Replacements

FanMerch does not accept:

  • Size exchanges

  • Fit issues

  • “Change of mind” returns

A replacement or partial refund is only possible if:

  • A verified manufacturing defect is present

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A valid Full-HD (1080p) uncut unboxing video is provided

All claims are reviewed by FanMerch Quality Control (QC).
QC team’s decision is final.


🎥 Unboxing Video Guidelines (Mandatory for Defect Claims)

The video must:

  • Begin by showing the unopened / untampered parcel

  • Show all sides of the parcel

  • Show the shipping label clearly

  • Be continuous, uncut, and unedited

  • Be recorded in Full-HD (1080p)

  • Show the product fully and under good lighting

Claims without proper unboxing video cannot be accepted.


🎨 Product Variation Disclaimer

Due to fabric behavior and custom printing processes, variations of ±5–10% in:

  • Stitching

  • Measurements

  • Print size

  • Print placement

are considered standard industry tolerances and not defects.


🖌️ Custom Design Disclaimer

By uploading any artwork:

  • You confirm that you own the design or have legal permission

  • FanMerch is not liable for any copyright/trademark issues

  • The final print will match the artwork you provide

  • FanMerch may decline printing content that is offensive, infringing, or inappropriate
