Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At FanMerch, every product is made to order — printed and produced individually after you place your order.
This ensures premium quality, minimal wastage, and the perfect finish for your chosen design.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    During this time, your order is printed, quality-checked, and packed securely for dispatch.

  • Since each item is custom-made after your order, slight variations in processing time may occur during high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Partners

  • Once dispatched, the average delivery time is:

    • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days

    • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others depending on service availability in your area.

  • FanMerch is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other issues beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on All Orders Sitewide (Prepaid Orders Only).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

  • Any re-shipping due to non-delivery or incorrect address will incur an additional shipping charge.


5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be available through our courier partners.
You can check your order status anytime on the Order Tracking page of FanMerch.co.in.


6. Packaging & Quality

Each product is packed carefully to prevent damage during transit.
All items undergo a strict quality and print inspection before dispatch to ensure you receive the best product.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us.
    Re-shipping will incur an additional charge.


8. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeline, please contact spfanmerch@gmail.com with your order ID.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
FanMerch is not liable for delays or non-delivery once the package is handed over to the courier.


9. International Shipping

Currently, FanMerch only ships within India.
International delivery options will be introduced in the future.


10. Order Cancellations After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Since every product is custom-made, cancellations or refunds are not possible once printing has begun.


11. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

In rare cases of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at spfanmerch@gmail.com with clear photos and your order ID.
Our team will assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


12. Legal Jurisdiction

All shipping and delivery-related disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
